Optimization of the Ashvins software system for the international company MedicalCommunications GmbH was implemented in a variety of areas. Development of internal processes, introduction of new methods of interaction when working with an image, creation of a more intuitive interface, scenarios for collective online interaction in the clinic, implementation of new methods of digital systems.
Work on an ecosystem using the PACS model (picture archiving and communication system) to receiving, transferring and storing medical research. Required a multifaceted approach to both the technological part and the interface. However, due to the many different approaches integrated within the system, it was necessary to develop complex user scenarios. Often based not only on psychology (as usual in UI/UX development) but also on the environment (enviromental approach). For example, to create a module for working with X-rays, it was necessary to take into account the specifics of the "dark room" in the design and interface. Work out the contrast of elements and provide for flexible adjustment to prevent discomfort and stay. Minimize the risks of attention drops.

Another example is the chain of interaction between personnel and other users of the system. Medical process management system models were implemented. Built-in task schedulers, personal approach to professional user profiles. Specifics from the interaction at the level of the entire chain, and in terms of the process of a specialist.

All this required working out at different levels of the system. From icons and interface, to architecture and the interaction of different aspects of the software platform.
