Access to the system was provided through a web interface from the company’s website, so special attention was paid to adaptive design. Its aim was to achieve the same experience both on mobile and desktop devices. In the process of UI/UX development several versions were created, both of the general interface model and its components. In particular such attention was paid to widgets. Which were to give flexibility to each client. So that he could choose the tools to his liking. Based on both personal habits, and on the specifics of his business and model of corporate relationships.
Widgets allowed monitoring of critical events (e.g., contract expiration, technical support), to be informational, including integration with LinkedIn, analytical, communication and others. Compact navigation allowed you to quickly get to the right section. On a mobile device as well as on a computer or laptop. Critical event alerts were duplicated in the side menu. Which was hidden depending on the width of the browser, and on a large monitor was always at hand, and on a small screen smartphone it could quickly be called up with a standard icon "hamburger".

The extended functionality of the personal cabinet offered management, communication and information search opportunities for company partners. Thanks to this approach, most business processes were automated, and some of them took place online. Providing speed and comfort for the company’s clients.
